Terms of Service
Due to various IRL circumstances, I can’t promise the work can be finished quickly, so I must apologize beforehand and ask for your patience. I will try to give WIP screen capture update at least once a week.
The artwork will be added to my portfolio
Personal noncommercial use only; feel free to discuss with me the terms for commercial use.
Personal use entails: Youtube thumbnail, social media post, social media graphics (icon, pfp, header, etc)
I may publish commissioned works both as wip and as a finished work and mention/tag client's handle by default, please specify if you wish to withhold the wip or artwork from being published until a certain amount of time/wish to be anonymous.
Do not erase my signature on the artwork for any publication purpose.
Do not claim the artwork as your creation
I refuse to create an artwork that'll be used for NFT
Do not misuse the commissioned artwork, both the wip and finished illustration, especially for it to be submitted to AI image generation tools.

On Cancellation
Client may ask for cancellation for commission value equal or over $100 if, by the time they cancel, the artwork hasn't been finished (I can't provide the finished work right at that moment), deducted by the transfer fee as well.
